Q: Who are the target audience of this event?
A: You. Everyone who has an Android phone, is enthusiastic to try a simple service and wants to save time!
Q: Why do I need to register to this event? Can I not just turn up?
A: Yes you can. But then, you wil not be able to use our offerring.
Q: I dont have an Android phone. I am still interested for the event. What should I do?
A: Come to our event booth on May 30th. We do have a couple of iPhone and Windows phone devices which have the application and can be used for Demo to you.
Q: What happens after registration?
A: After you register for this event, we send you an email which contains the link to our “Android package” and instruction about how to install and use the application.
Q: I don’t know your guys! Why should I install this application?
A: This will help you get familiar with qtip.me and trust us, we will not harm your phone.
Q: What should I do after installing the application?
A: Feel free to play around and report bugs / suggestions using the feedback email provided in the application.
Q: What happens on the day of “event”?
A: On 30th of May, 2013, when this event is planned, you need to “take a remote ticket” for our event and then, forget about it. Our notifications will remind and guide you about what should be done next?
Q: When should I “take a remote ticket”?
A: Take a remote ticket to this event on 30th of May. You can take it any time and from anywhere before the event starts at 1530 hrs. In fact, you can also take it during the event!
Q: What should I do after taking a ticket?
A: Once you have taken a ticket, got back to what you were doing. You can be at your desk or go for a coffee. Feel free!
Q: What happens during the event from 15:30 – 17:30?
A: You can continue doing what you were or just visit our event booth at New Factory Stage. Just make sure that you are around protomo. Once you receive a notification that says “Its your turn at counter Demo”, walk to our booth. We will not take more than 5 minutes of your time after that.
Q: Do I need to be at the event booth for 2 hours?
A: No. You just need to be around Protomo during 15:30 – 17:30. That is when you will receive a notification to come to our booth. After that, we will not take more than 5 minutes of your valuable time.
